- 7.4 Magnitude Earthquake Hits Indonesia : Sri Lanka Safe with No Tsunami Threat 2 april 2026Media Spokesman of the Disaster Management Centre, Pradeep Kodippili, confirmed that Sri Lanka is completely safe and will not be affected by the 7.4 magnitude earthquake that struck off Indonesia.
